ACT 4 CONSENT

An Erasmus+ project that aims to use drama and storytelling to help teachers address the topic of consent with students in the classroom.

Consent is a critical issue for educators to address with young people today because it is an issue that affects everyone. Educating young people about the importance of consent can help to foster a culture of respect and communication that extends to all areas of their lives.

ACT4CONSENT is an innovative Erasmus+ project that intends to develop a new education approach to address the issue of consent within secondary school settings. The project is designed to support secondary school teachers and other youth educators to address the issue of consent directly with young people, through active and meaningful education interventions.

ACT4CONSENT aims to use drama and storytelling to help teachers address the topic of consent with students in the classroom. This will allow young people to explore complex issues in a safe and supportive environment. The project also intends to engage parents in consent education, so that young people can be supported both at home and at school to address relevant concerns and to be empowered to speak up.
