Jugendförderverein Parchim/Lübz e.V. (JFVPCH)


Since 1992, Jugendförderverein Parchim/Lübz e. V. (“JFVPCH”) operates as non-profit organization encouraging the occupational integration and development of disadvantaged and vulnerable youth and adults, such as refugees, persons with migrant background, early school leavers and NEET’s, persons with social, behavioural, medical or learning issues, as well as unemployed youth and adults.
JFVPCH offers a wide range of services centred on the needs of these target audiences that aim to prepare, motivate, encourage and educate them for entry into the labour market, as well as supporting and guiding them in their personal development.
JFVPCH’s work is based on active networking with representatives of economic, social and political areas on a regional, federal and Europe-wide level. It implements several projects each year offering different target groups perspectives on professional and personal development.
JFVPCH is present in a large area with offices in six locations. Culture and art-based work is an integral part of its work.

The Adult Education Institution Dante is a modern and efficient institution that has been carrying out adult education programmes in Rijeka, Croatia, for over 30 years.
Dante attracts numerous generations of adult learners by offering quality educational formal and non-formal programmes and courses (focusing on foreign language learning, vocational programmes, intercultural communication, basic skills, teaching methods and approaches, transferable skills, and entrepreneurship) that respond to the needs of modern society and contribute to the development of adult education at the local, regional, and European level.
Dante’s career centre offers career counselling services to people who are at key milestones in their educational or career path.
The Institution closely cooperates with state institutions – the Ministry of Science and Education, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education, and the Croatian Agency for Mobility and European Projects.
In addition to national cooperation, Dante has considerable experience in international cooperation and partnerships, having participated in the Lifelong Learning Programme, Erasmus+, CERV, and the European Social Fund.
Acta Foundation


Acta Foundation is a Bulgarian non-governmental organisation acting in public interest. The name of Acta Foundation was inspired by the Latin “acta non verba” literally meaning “actions not words” which is the philosophy that united a group of experts with rich and complementary academic background and hands on business experience behind the Acta foundation.
Its mission is to facilitate the development of active civil society through initiatives aimed at transforming education, business and leaders towards a more sustainable, smart and inclusive world.
Acta Foundation unites experts having experience in various EU and national programmes and initiatives such as Erasmus+, H2020, and Intelligent Energy Europe thanks to which the foundation has already established a solid partnership network on EU, national and local level (Sofia).
At national level, Acta cooperates with a number of schools, universities, chambers of commerce, VET centers, research institutes, NGOs, SMEs and start-ups to exchange expertise, share innovative practices, empower people and organisations, create added value, generate impact, and ensure the sustainability of the various projects.
Future in Perspective (FIP) Limited


Future In Perspective Limited (FIP) is a private company operating in the realm of youth, community, vocational, and school education.
The company endeavours to make learning more engaging, interactive, and enjoyable, by developing digital resources and methodologies that bring educational advancements to rural communities.
The scope of their work spans across the spectrum of education, with an emphasis on creating and providing innovative educational materials and curriculum tailored to rural education providers.
FIP has extensive experience in developing innovative educational materials that leverage the power of digital media to inspire new teaching approaches. It provides training and resources for educators at all levels of the education system, from pre-school to tertiary and from community educators to business mentors. Its focus is on creating high-quality, interactive and engaging educational content for learners of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
It works with local schools to develop student-centred, technology-enhanced learning materials that empower and motivate young learners in their academic pursuits, to foster the next generation of scientist, creators, inventors and visionaries.

The Rightchallenge Association is a non-governmental organisation which aims at the promotion of education as a means of social inclusion and equal opportunities. It believes that education must focus in the integral development of all people -independently of social status, age, or gender- in order to prepare them to intervene and participate in all dimensions of society, such as family, work, community and leisure. As an organisation actively engaged with the community, it focuses on lifelong learning, as it believes that it is essential to sustainable development, promoting active, democratic and responsible citizenship among citizens.
Rightchallenge recognises that non-formal education and lifelong are extremely important to develop social, emotional and cognitive competences, while promoting the individuals’ personal fulfilment and well-being. As an organisation that strives for holistic development, it promotes and develops positive transformations in society and facilitate the access of learning opportunities for citizens who face educational attainment obstacles.
Solution: Solidarité et Inclusion


Solution: Solidarity & Inclusion is an NGO based in Paris developing innovative actions to promote social cohesion through non formal education. The objective of the association is to boost social inclusion among adults by proposing several kinds of activities allowing to foster mutual acceptance, stimulate human interests by offering cross-cutting activities, design open-minded educational programs and strengthen fair dynamics between generations.
Solution focuses on the integration of disadvantaged groups in the labour market; entrepreneurship as an opportunity for disadvantaged persons; migrant integration in society; female empowerment; gender equality; intergenerational dialogue; active citizenship at EU and local levels; promotion of intercultural dialogue through multilingual workshops; and ecological awareness.
KMOP – Education and Innovation Hub


KMOP is one of oldest civil society organisations in Greece with 45 years of experience in direct provision of social services and implementation of social initiatives in supporting vulnerable individuals.
KMOP studies and analyses pressing societal challenges in order to understand society, proposes innovative interventions, educates, and develops the know-how to address social issues based on fairness, innovation, sustainability and balanced development.
It actively supports individuals and communities through the direct provision of social services and educational opportunities, the implementation of innovative initiatives, research and impactful policy design.
The ultimate goal of KMOP to contribute to effective social-policy design and to lead impactful programmes that promote individual well-being, reduce inequalities, eliminate vulnerabilities, and foster inclusive and sustainable social growth.
Aiming to promote social progress through education, KMOP Education Hub has developed a range of educational programmes for individuals and businesses, helping them to navigate their social ecosystem towards achieving their goals and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.
